What exactly is sin? I think I know what it is, but I see Dictionary.com, and liked the way he described it as “a violation of divine law.” They also said that “every act which is considered as a violation, especially intentional or deliberate violation of some moral or religious principles. “Hmmm …. If sin is something that should make people do, how we were born here? That’s a good question, right?
Many believe that the baby is born a sinner and I think that’s why they believe they need for baptism. You can read more about it in my previous article “Is infant baptism in the Bible?”. Relax look to see what the Bible says about being born with sin
1) God made man upright
In Ecclesiastes 7:29, the Bible says that God made man upright, but they chose their own way. This will put the responsibility for sin in man or woman to do so. If not, you might say, “Oh, I was born a sinner. God made me like this. “That’s not what the Bible teaches.
2) “Little Children” in the land of promise
In the Old Testament, God promised the Israelites to the promised land of Canaan, if you just follow. However, he was angry with Israel, because they do not listen, and sin against God. He said all of them died wandering in the desert and the next generation to the promised land. However, God has given the name of several exceptions. In Deuteronomy 01:39, God says that “small” will be allowed to stay and enter the promised land, because it is widely accepted that “no knowledge of good and evil.” That promised land of the Old Testament is a symbol of God’s heavenly kingdom.
3) You can not inherit his father’s sins
Among the Jews, who misunderstood that if a person is born with a birth defect, it is because of their parents. We see this example with a man born blind in John 9. Jesus corrects them quickly and say that this is not the reason for his blindness. In addition, in Ezekiel 18, we see that this is a common belief among the Jews:
“The fathers eat the fruit raw, but the children’s teeth set on edge?
They think that if your child has a bad tooth, parents should eat sour grapes. However, God tells them to stop saying these things because they are not true. God says that a child can not inherit his father’s fault. Each person is responsible for his own sin. However, if the child decides to continue in the way of his father’s sins, he is also responsible for their actions. All of us are born with a sinful world, but we are born pure and then influenced by the sin around us, including those carried out by our closest relatives. Romans 5:12-14 reminds us that the first Adam brought sin into the world. However, Paul also adds that death spread to all men because all sin. You see, our own sinful choices that lead to spiritual death, not because they are born with it.
4) We need the kids to go to heaven
In Matthew 18:04, Jesus even taught to be humble and innocent as a child when we entered the kingdom of God.
5) Was King David born sinners?
Some people have been taught that King David said that he was born in sin, Psalm 51:5. However, in verse 3, David admitted that he knew the offense itself (or fault). He also said he knew he was wrong that God is holding him accountable Equal. How God can be seen only from something that does not choose to do? I’m talking about being born with sin. In light of the other side, we have reviewed, it makes sense to me as many as David says his mother is a sin, when she gave birth to him. Some see it as saying that his mother can become pregnant as a result of sin. We can not know for sure, but to rest the whole argument of original sin (the sin of birth) in this section means to attract all the other components teach against it.
I hope this has helped you and if you think I’m missing something or twist the scriptures, you are considered as a good friend to let me know. May God bless you all and reading your Bible!
